The main tasks on a shift include taking orders, helping prepare cocktails, coffees and milkshakes, helping customers with game recommendations, preparing food to order, cleaning tables and the front of house, keeping the dish room clear, and managing table and event bookings. You will also perform basic regular quality and hygiene checks each shift.
