Working at Brads

We have a small kitchen where we cook to order. The chefs and waiters work closely with each other, moving between roles as required and helping each other out as the workload shifts during a shift! This means taking orders and helping prepare cocktails, making coffee at the barista station, helping customers with game recommendations, preparing food to order, cleaning tables and keeping the dish room clear!

We’re looking for someone:

Who is comfortable preparing food & mixing drinks in an open kitchen
Who loves board games & is happy to talk about them with customers
Who wants to work in a fun, friendly, community-oriented workplace

If you:

Are over 18 and can work evenings and weekends
Speak English or Swedish
Love board games
Have a genuine interest in creating a good customer experience through food and drinks
Are quick to adapt when new situations arise and new tasks need to be prioritised
Understand the value of clear communication
Thrive in a fast-paced and variable-paced environment
Are not afraid of taking responsibility and are good at taking initiative

It is a plus if:

You have previous experience working in a kitchen or bar
You have some flexibility to jump in on short notice
You have a creative mind and ideas for how we could make Brad Spelcafé thrive
You engage in all things with compassion, thoughtfulness and curiosity.

A note about the hours:

The position is part-time and on-demand, most of which will be on weekends.
We may adjust our opening hours according to the season, leading to more shifts being available.
You must be available to work weekends
