Looking for a fun activity for your team members either as a one time teambuilding event, a benefit or as a recurring activity? You are in the right place! We both rent our treasure trove full of board games and animate activities around board game directly, at your place or in our own venue. Board games can serve many different purposes – perfect as a team building tool, they can also help develop many skills. Read more below and find just the right activity for your collaborators.

COMPANY LUNCH/DINNER

Our most popular event – visit the café outside of our opening hours and get the venue, games, chef and bar for yourself. Team-building lunch or a cosy afterwork with board game on the menu.
Group size: from 8 people to 36 people*. Organization and service might vary according to the size of your party and your wishes. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll find the best solution together!
Can be booked on: Mondays all day, Tuesdays all day, Thursdays before 16.00, Fridays before 16.00 and Sundays after 18.00. Dates and times to be decided in agreement with the team.
Pricing (all prices ex.moms):
Basic:
– Booking: fixed fee at 1000 sek + 990 sek/hour (minimum 1h). Includes access to all our game library for up to 12 people, 1 chef/waiter working the kitchen, fika and bar open for you if you want to order anything (food & drinks not included in the price, usual pricing applies. Menu might change according to the organization we decide on together).
– Game guru: 350sek/guru/hour (minimum 1h). We recommend 1 game guru for 10 to 12 people depending on the kind of games you want to play. Tell us about your expectations and do not hesitate to ask for recommendation when booking!
Extra:
– Additional person (over 12 people): 55 sek/ pers/hour. Includes access to all our game library.
– Special activity/animation (themed game, workshop etc.): pricing on-demand
– Food/drinks/fika according to usual pricing or according to agreement. Tell us about what you have in mind and we will try to find the best solution for you!
GAME DAY/NIGHT

If you cannot come to Brads spelcafé, Brads spelcafé will come to you! Get the board game café experience at your office. We bring a selection of board games and send a game guru to guide your through the games and help you with rules.
Group size: anything is possible! Let’s discuss what you have in mind and we will find the right organization and people to fit your needs 🙂
Can be booked on: Anytime and day, in agreement with the team.
Pricing (all prices ex.moms):
– 3 800 sek. for 3h, including 1 game guru and a selection of 5 to 20 games.
– extra game guru: 550sek/hour/guru. We recommend 1 game guru for 6-10 people depending on the kind of games you want to play, the set up of the venue and the organization. Tell us more about your venue, team and expectations so we can decide together on the best organization
– Fika or catering possible: pricing on-demand

WORKSHOPS & ACTIVITIES

Are some of your collaborators learning Swedish? Want to offer them a safe space to practice while having fun? We bring a selection of board games that are perfect to get the discussion going in Swedish. A game guru is there to help with the rules. Our game gurus can explain the rules and help out the group(s) in both English and Swedish. French, Italian and diverse languages possible on demand.

– 2 700sek for 2h of animation, including one game guru and games.

Create your own board game!

We start the workshop with discovering and playing a few games together to get the process of ideation going and understand the main elements of game creation. Then time for your own creativity! The workshop has been developed together with a real board game designer. It is very hands-on and focuses on having fun and cooperating. Perfect as a team-building activity or for teams looking for handcraft activities.
